ICES current and future success is directly attributable to our employees. We boast a 98 percent voluntary retention rate. Our employees average 15 years of experience within our domain of expertise with 91 percent of them holding Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degrees and approximately 10 percent holding Doctorate\u2019s.<\/p>\n
