ICES Benefits

ICES provides a variety of competitive benefits to the team:

Salary/Compensation:
In addition to competitive salaries, ICES provides annual performance evaluations and salary reviews on the employees’ anniversary date. Spot bonuses may also be provided to recognize outstanding performance or special achievements.

Paid Time Off:
Paid Time Off is accrued on a bi-monthly basis starting with seventeen (17) days each year. The company also supports a flexible work schedule and encourages employees to coordinate this as an option with their contract supervisors.

Retirement Planning:

Paid Holidays:
ICES observes all ten (10) regularly scheduled government holidays.
