ICES Benefits

Salary/Compensation:
ICES provides annual performance evaluations and salary reviews at the employees’ anniversary date. Spot bonuses may also be provided to recognize outstanding performance or special achievements.

Paid Time Off:
Paid Time Off is accrued on a bi-monthly basis starting with seventeen (17) days each year. The company also supports a flexible work schedule and encourages employees to coordinate this as an option with their contract supervisors.

Paid Holidays:
ICES observes all ten (10) regularly scheduled government holidays.

Disability and Life Insurance:
Short and long-term disability insurance covers serious illnesses. Life insurance is also offered as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Retirement Plan:
ICES contributes as a match up to 6% of an employees contribution to a 401K Plan.

Health and Dental Insurance:
Health Insurance is provided through United Healthcare and Dental Insurance is provided via Guardian.

Flexible Spending Accounts and Healthcare Spending Accounts:
ICES Employees may contribute to Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care expenses and Healthcare Spending Accounts, as allowed by law.

Vision care is provided by VSP.

Discounted Voluntary Insurance Options:
ICES has secured discounts through Mass Mutual and Union Central Life Insurance Company to provide other voluntary insurance options to our employees at their own expense.
